Frequently Asked Questions
After completing your purchase, you can download your products in two ways:
- From the order confirmation page, click purchased priduct. At the bittom you will find tabs and features have been unlocked. Return to access these resources as many times as you like.
- Visit your account's administration page where you will see a Purchases link where all your purchased products are available.
If you're having trouble accessing your downloads, please contact our support team.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy:
- If you haven't downloaded the product, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- If you've downloaded the product but it doesn't work as described, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you include details about the issues you're experiencing. You may also request another download if your download limit has been reached for an artifact.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- You will not recieve a full refund, See our Terms of Service for details.
To become a contributor on Firmware Depot:
- Create an account and verify your email address.
- Visit the "Become a Contributor" page from your account dashboard.
- Complete the contributor application form, including information about your expertise and the types of products you plan to sell.
- Once approved, you can start listing your products on our marketplace.

We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe.
For technical support with a specific product:
- Check the product documentation first, as many common issues are addressed there.
- Visit the product page and check if there's a dedicated support section or forum.
- If you can't reach the contributor or need additional help, contact our support team with details about the product and the issues you're experiencing.
